ESS provide a comprehensive arboricultural service to the Highways Agency and Local Authorities. The work includes street tree contracts, tree surgery on trunk roads, the provision of traffic management and lighting.
Tree surveys are carried out by the company's own qualified surveyors and ESS is a member of the Arboricultural Association. All the necessary plant and equipment such as chippers, stump grinders, mobile elevated platforms are maintained in the company's own workshop.
PJ CHAFFIN TREE SURGERY: A subsidiary company owned by ess land management, is a well established tree surgery firm based in Eastbourne. Chaffins was established in 1984 and has an excellent reputation working for Health Trusts, Church of England, Local Schools and compliments the larger activities of ESS.
